It seems the way forward for anyone in the food industry to have books, or be on TV, and i'm not one to stay off the band wagon - so on I jumped with both feet!

I started with regular Radio 4 appearances on The Food Programme, with Sheila Dillon, with my first television appearance on Rick Steins food heroes, discussing the quality of Herdwich sheep, and Cumbrian meat in general.

My most recent foray into the world of T.V was playing the part of the butcher in the BBC1 series Turn back time - The High Street.
